Stayed in the 12 bed apartment (room 617) which was very spacious. The apartment had four very large bedrooms with three beds in each (a mixture of double and single beds). Also had two separate toilets and a third bathroom with the shower. Great patio area at the rear of the apartment and a well stocked kitchen with a cooker, fridge and freezer etc. Apartment is fantastically located and is next door to a marks and spencer (handy for purchasing food) and a starbucks coffee shop the opposite side for that morning coffee. Throughout the square there are bars, clubs and shops to cater for all your needs. Even though the square can get busy no noise can be heard in the apartment. Overall, fantastic apartment and very well located!
Only slight negative - only one shower and no holder but that's being picky.

The location was great. Parking was very expensive though. The room was very clean, warm and spacious and we had an outside area that we would have used had it been summer.
Our first night was very noisy due to some inconsiderate neighbours and when I complained the next morning so there wouldn't be a repeat the man I spoke to said he would deal with it but there was no change the next night... I don't think he spoke to them at all.

The location was unbeatable on the main strip and 2 doors down from Starbucks. All major sights were walkable. The apartment truly could sleep 12-15 people. The 4 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was totally equipped. The unit was quiet. We highly recommend this location.

Convenient location that's easy to reach, close to all the main sights, a metro stop, and the old town square - great for exploring! Breakfasts are only £4 and worth it. 🌟

The hotel had the best possible and peaceful location next to Wenceslas Square. It was brand-new, the room was fully furnished and had a comfortable bed. Everything here was really good, I would not hesitate to return there.

The place was clean with a patient staff at the reception desk. Fab location, right by a square filled with shops, two Christmas Markets, and restaurants. - the hotel was excellent, we recommend.

The hotel location was very good. It allowed us easy access to shopping, food and transportation.
Our reservation was for a two bedroom apartment for our family of five; however, they rented the room to someone else and offered us two separate one bedroom units. This was not suitable since we had three small children

Great location (centre of Prague) for a great price. The 4 bedrooms were spacious for my group (10 persons). Large terrace. Kitchen was well equipped.
1 bathroom for 10 (or even 12) persons is not enough. Personnel was not very friendly, but maybe that is the czech nature.
